In an effort to enhance timely and effective communication between the Marlin Apartments Condominium Inc. and the Marlin owners, an Email Distribution System has been implemented. Per the Bylaws, the Association must mail notices to members by regular U.S. Mail, unless the member consents in writing to receiving notices by electronic mail (email). To receive electronic notification of Association business, you must complete and return this form. If you do nothing, you will continue to receive all required notices through standard U.S. Mail.

I hereby authorize the Marlin Apartments Condominium Inc. to use an electronic mail format, in lieu of U.S. Mail, to notify me of all official Association notifications.

These include but are not limited to:

• Notice of the Annual Meeting or Board of Directors Meetings;
• Minutes of Association meetings;
• Notices of changes to policies;
• Association Newsletter and Announcements

By signing below, I understand that the Association will discontinue sending future notices by regular U.S. Mail and will continue to email only the email address(es) on this Authorization Form unless the Association receives written notification from me that I want to revoke this Authorization and return to receipt of notification by regular U.S. Mail.

I also understand and agree that if I wish to discontinue receiving my notices electronically or I change my email address, it is my obligation to notify the Marlin Apartments Condominium Inc. in writing or the Association will continue to rely on the Authorization.
