Construction Activities Occurring:
- Trades working on forming and reinforcing SOG P8, SOMD P4, surf pool interior slabs and amenity area building foundations during normal working hours.
- Precast parking garage erection and material staging/delivery.
- MEP rough-in install continuing at south and north hotel elevated decks.
- MEP underground rough-in install continuing at north hotel.
- Elevator install ongoing.
- Steel detailing Convention Center normal working hours.
- North amenity canopy steel erection.
- Metal decking install north hotel canopy.
- CEP masonry install on-going.
- North hotel guestroom glazing install on-going.
- South hotel interior light gauge framing interior and exterior on-going.
- South hotel interior drywall install on-going.
- We are tracking early morning concrete pour(s) (12am – 7am) as follows. Please be advised dates and times are subject to change.
- SOG P8 North Side: Tuesday 01/27/2026 @ 1am – 8-10 hour duration.
- SOMD P4 North Side: Thursday 01/29/2026 @ 1am – 8-10 hour duration.
- Waterproofing install around glazing openings on-going.
- Deliveries:
- Parking garage crane assembly, parking garage precast panels delivery and staging, concrete material and equipment trucking out, rebar, formwork, windows, various plumbing and electrical materials.
