Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A: The owner of each condominium unit is entitled to one vote. There is a total of 32 units with 31 votes. One unit is association owned with no voting rights.
Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right of use to my unit?
A: The condominium unit may be used for residential purposes. No nuisances, no signs, no garments hanging outside, no shaking of dust from windows or balconies and owners are allowed a pet, no pets allowed for guests, lessees and/or rental customers.
Q: How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?
A: Monthly assessments are due on the first of each month at the amount set and voted on at the annual owners meeting which is held on or about November 1 of each year.
Q: Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association? Also, how much are my assessments?
A: No, there is no other association.
Q: Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually?
A: No, there are no other rent or land use fees.
Q: Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000? If so, identify each case.
A: No.
