Construction Activities Occurring:
- Trades working on forming and reinforcing SOG 13, SOG 14 and amenity area building foundations and roof slabs during normal working hours.
- Precast parking garage washes, UG rough-in and caulking on-going.
- Excavation for east spa, kiddie pool and north therapy spas.
- MEP rough-in install continuing at south and north hotel elevated decks.
- MEP underground rough-in install continuing at north hotel and convention area.
- Elevator install ongoing.
- North Convention Center roofing install.
- Metal panels at roof screen wall install.
- Convention center interior steel install.
- Convention center masonry install on-going.
- L1 north hotel glazing install on-going.
- Stucco install ongoing.
- South and North hotel interior light gauge framing interior and exterior on-going.
- South and North hotel interior drywall install on-going.
- We are tracking early morning concrete pour(s) (12am – 7am) as follows. Please be advised dates and times are subject to change.
- SOG P13: Monday 04/20/2026 @ 1am – 6-8 hour duration.
- SOG P14: Thursday 04/23/2026 @ 1am – 6-8 hour duration.
- Waterproofing install around glazing openings on-going.
- Deliveries:
- Equipment trucking out, windows, various plumbing and electrical materials, parking garage precast panels.
